I graduated the University of Canterbury in 2008 with a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning. In 2019 I gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Supervision. I have taught in England for 2 years and in NZ have taught and lead a number of schools in urban and rural settings as well as state, state integrated Christian Schools and private schools. I have served the KingsView Community as Principal since Term 3, 2021.

I was born Masterton and moved to Christchurch aged 6 where I went to school, university and started my career before moving to Queenstown in 2021 with Sarah my wife and our two sons.

Favourite Bible verse: I lift up my eyes to the mountains - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2 (NIV) being surrounded by such remarkable natural environment reminds me of how small I am and how great our God is.
